A prisoner incarcerated with the victim stated that he was taken to the exercise area by guards shortly before his demise, clearly wounded and naked from the waist down. His body has not been returned to Gaza.

Other prisoners who died in confinement by Israeli authorities are unidentified. The prison service and military gave researchers with the figure of casualties in detention, and limited other details for example the location where they died, but without the prisoners’ names.
